Not your average green eggs and ham

Saturday mornings have to be my favorite in Italy. The fall mist gently patters on my balcony, and I’m inspired to create a breakfast worthy of enjoying. This Saturday, it was simple but delicious. I started with boiled eggs. Unsatisfied with just that, I added coffee, porcini mushroom truffle cream and a slice of lightly toasted calebrese. The result? Che bello
